If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange the item must reach us us within 30 days of receiving your item(s), having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging and all its components.

You are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure and tracked delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
