If an item has come to the end of it’s life and is no longer suitable for it’s original purpose then it can be recycled, sometimes items can be repaired, landfill should not be an option.

Why Sell to Rounds?

We are a small, independent, local, family business. The money we make from selling second hand items doesn’t pay for our holiday homes, our tropical islands. We aren’t building spaceships and we don’t have a CEO living somewhere far away. We are owner operated and run and we have been for 20 years. Our 2 little shops have supported us, our family, our employees and their families. We all work, live, go to school and shop locally; your money stays in the local community.

Let someone else enjoy the things you don’t want!

Selling to Rounds you not only get some of your money back on your items, it lets someone else enjoy the things that you don’t want.

How to Sell

So you have got an item you want to sell! What Next?

Simply get in touch with us. You can do this via Social Media or give the team a call on 01384 240650

So we can do our best to help you please have a think about the following:

Make sure your goods are clean, working and have any accessories needed to function; i.e. remote controls, cables, etc.

You may be asked to send us some pictures of your item. A mobile phone will do for this but make sure your item is in focus, well-lit, perhaps photograph it outside in the daylight or on a windowsill.

  • It is very difficult to buy an item we cannot see working or to see the value in something that has not been cleaned or looked after.
  • Manufacturer serial numbers must not be removed or worn. We need these to record and identify the product so please don’t peel them off!

If we think we can buy your item you will need to get it to us…

In Store

You can simply pop it into one of our stores. We are open 9:30 to 17:00 Tuesday to Saturday. You can drop in to Erdington or Dudley. There is parking available at each and we can help you with items from your car. We also get to meet you and discuss your items face to face which helps us when we come to sell it. We can then pay you on the spot by bank transfer or cash if you prefer.

By Post

You can send your items by courier or post. This will be at you expense and we can’t be responsible for your item until it reaches us so send it tracked and signed for with some insurance. In some cases we may be able to refund your postage costs if we buy your item.

Please be honest about the condition and any wear or marks – however small. Anything you don’t mention before you send it to us will simply result in your item being returned to you.

Once we recieve your item we will call or message you to to discuss and make a full offer and pay you by bank transfer.

We can collect

In special circumstances, we may be able to come to you if time and staff allow. If you have a large collection or a big item or if you aren’t able to get to us, we may be able to come and collect it from you if you are local. We don’t carry cash but we can pay by bank transfer once we are back in store.
